Split a PDF & Extract Pages Online (Free)

A 90-page PDF when you only need pages 12–15. A combined scan that should be three separate documents. One signature page to send for review. Splitting is the answer to all of these — and it's free.

Two ways to split

Extract a range. Open Split PDF, drop in the file, and type a range like 12-15 (or a single page like 7). You get one PDF containing exactly those pages.

Burst into single pages. Leave the range empty and every page becomes its own PDF, delivered together as a ZIP. Perfect for splitting a batch scan into individual documents.

Removing pages instead

If you want the opposite — keep most of the document but drop a few pages — use Delete PDF Pages. Type the pages to remove (e.g. 2,5-7) and download a clean copy without them. Blank scanner pages, outdated appendices, the wrong-language half of a manual — gone in seconds.

Common workflows

  • Email one chapter: extract the range, then compress it if it's image-heavy.
  • Re-order or recombine: split into pages, then merge them back in the order you want.
  • Share securely: extract the sensitive section and password-protect it.

Frequently asked
